Licence All hirers and drivers must have a full valid clean driving licence, free from endorsements, and have held a full driving licence for two years. Some endorsements may be acceptable, subject to acceptance by Senior Vehicle Rental; we need to be informed of any endorsements in the past five years. |

Age All hirers and drivers must be over the age of 23 years of age and under 70 years of age, (the minimum age may be higher for certain vehicle groups) thirty years of age for minibus. |

Own Insurance Customers that use their own insurance must provide fully comprehensive cover and make sure that the premium remains in force until our off hire procedure has been completed. |

Insurance If Senior Vehicle Rental insurance cover is taken out for the agreed hire period all rental vehicles are insured except for the refundable deposit. The hirer is responsible |

Payment/Extension The estimated rental charges are payable in advance. The insurance deposit is paid at the commencement of hire. It is most important that if a hirer wishes to extend the hire period Senior Vehicle Rentals are contacted immediately so that additional charges are paid in full and insurance cover may be extended, failure to comply may result in the vehicle being un-insured. |

Reservation Reservation will be accepted subject to the advance booking fee being paid, which will be deducted from the hire charge if the reservation is honoured but will not otherwise be refunded. Before booking make sure of your dates, remember we DO NOT refund any monies paid or change dates of a booking. |
